I visited the Hodges location this morning for care. However, after the greeting and interaction I had with the front desk employee, I opted to cancel my appointment due to lack of confidence in this facility. Not only did the person at the front desk infer (and directly state) I was fighting with her because I questioned the charge, her lack of knowledge about the insurance process made me feel uncomfortable with the competence of the front office staff — and potentially the doctors — at this facility.
