I wanted to share my positive experience during my recent appointment. I arrived fifteen minutes early to complete the required information on my phone. To my pleasant surprise, I was taken to be seen even before my scheduled appointment time, which I greatly appreciated. The healthcare professionals I interacted with were very knowledgeable and demonstrated excellent bedside manner. What a great experience! Office as absolutely clean. Which is such a relief when you are going to an urgent care facility and know sick patients are in and out. Anna at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. I think I waited less than a minute. Glenna, the medical assistant was super sweet and attentive to my concerns.. Brand new facility! I was seen within 15 minutes. BP and vitals taken, administered diagnostic swabs for Covid and flu, and Dr came in promptly to examine and give me the results. The whole visit was accomplished in 40 minutes! We needed another acute care place in Mandarin. This fits the bill!
This was such a positive experience. I called to see what the wait was and was told they were just finishing up with someone but no wait otherwise. The receptionist checked me in swiftly. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I am so glad I went there and so grateful for the staff and provider Elaine.
Today was my first time at Avecina Medical Mandarin and it won't be my last. They are friendly and efficient. In and out quick and picking up my prescription now. I highly recommend this Urgent Care!
