Brand new facility! I was seen within 15 minutes. BP and vitals taken, administered diagnostic swabs for Covid and flu, and Dr came in promptly to examine and give me the results. The whole visit was accomplished in 40 minutes! We needed another acute care place in Mandarin. This fits the bill!
I called because I needed an appointment for my 85 year old mother who was visiting me from out of town. I needed a late afternoon appointment due to my work schedule. My personal doctor could not accommodate us so when I called Avecina the receptionist was so patient, kind, and accommodating. She immediately told us there was an afternoon appointment. Easy scheduling online. It was a short wait at the office. Was checked in by a very nice and professional young lady. I was then called back a few minutes later and spoke with wonderful nurse. The PA came in a few minutes after that. He was excellent. Friendly and professional. He did his examination and advised what was needed and sent an Rx over to my pharmacy. Overall it was a stress-free experience and everyone was great at making sure i was taken care of. Thank you!
Took my wife there for urgent visit. No waiting time to be seen. X-ray done on site. Facility appears to be new. We encountered three staff members, all of whom were very nice, very efficient and seemed to be competent in their roles. Without hesitation, will go there again for urgent care when needed.
I had a great experience at this urgent care! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and made me feel at ease right away. The doctor was the best I've seen—thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment plan in detail. She even provided helpful next steps in case the prescribed medication didn’t work. Highly recommend!
