This was the best urgent care experience I could’ve ever possibly imagined . Being greeted and feeling welcomed by Amanda was just so heartfelt . She did all she can to make sure my insurance would cover the visit after my copay . I saw the medical assistant to take my vitals and the doctor shortly after. I wanted to share my positive experience during my recent appointment. I arrived fifteen minutes early to complete the required information on my phone. To my pleasant surprise, I was taken to be seen even before my scheduled appointment time, which I greatly appreciated. The healthcare professionals I interacted with were very knowledgeable and demonstrated excellent bedside manner. What a great experience! Office as absolutely clean. Which is such a relief when you are going to an urgent care facility and know sick patients are in and out. Anna at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. I think I waited less than a minute. Glenna, the medical assistant was super sweet and attentive to my concerns.. I was advised to use the Avecina urgent care clinic because my normal Avecina clinic in Fruit Cove was a little busy. The check process was fast and efficient, doing it on my smartphone. I was seen in short order, first by the check in nurse and then by the PA. The staff were all friendly, cheerful and professional and I was reassured with the care I was given. I would recommend these folks in a heartbeat.
