I had such a positive experience at this urgent care! Shalina and Alexis were amazing, so kind, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. The provider that night, a very friendly gentleman whose name I did not catch, was just as wonderful and made me feel completely at ease. Everyone took the time to listen and explain things clearly, which really stood out. I highly recommend this urgent care for their excellent service and compassionate staff. Don’t hesitate to go here. I give 5/5 stars!
I went in super stressed out 😰 the receptionist was super friendly and caring! After confirming that they accepted my insurance they quickly called me to the back. The nurse was great at trying to get me calm down and reassure me that everything was fine. When The doctor came in he took his time examining me and was gentle when going over my prognosis. He answered all of my questions with patience and really gave me peace of mind before leaving! I really appreciate the care and professionalism they showed me!!
I loved the treatment I got here! First of all that they were willing to take my insurance and secondly, they got me in very quickly. The doctor was so kind and took time to talk to me and explain things. I really appreciate all that they did for me. They do great work and I know God will bless them and all they do!
My recent visit at this facility was excellent. Check in was very quick with a helpful and knowledgeable staff. Doctor was professional and conducted a thorough exam, diagnosis and treatment plan. He had a great bedside manner and was caring. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care to my family and friends.
What a Great urgent care center… this was my 3rd time finding myself in need of immediate care and I have been very lucky to see the same Doctor all 3 times so that in itself is a blessing because he was able to diagnose me with something other than what we thought the problem was and for that I am very grateful!
