I went in super stressed out 😰 the receptionist was super friendly and caring! After confirming that they accepted my insurance they quickly called me to the back. The nurse was great at trying to get me calm down and reassure me that everything was fine. When The doctor came in he took his time examining me and was gentle when going over my prognosis. He answered all of my questions with patience and really gave me peace of mind before leaving! I really appreciate the care and professionalism they showed me!!
This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care — or any doctor’s office. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and they made the whole visit feel effortless. Check-in was quick and easy, and we were seen and out the door in under 30 minutes. I’m so glad we chose Avencia and will definitely return here for any future needs.
My recent visit at this facility was excellent. Check in was very quick with a helpful and knowledgeable staff. Doctor was professional and conducted a thorough exam, diagnosis and treatment plan. He had a great bedside manner and was caring. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care to my family and friends.
What a Great urgent care center… this was my 3rd time finding myself in need of immediate care and I have been very lucky to see the same Doctor all 3 times so that in itself is a blessing because he was able to diagnose me with something other than what we thought the problem was and for that I am very grateful! These amazing people got me in so fast as a walk-in, they are so helpful but also so funny. The doctor and his assistant (I don’t know the correct terminology I’m sorry), diagnosed and treated and overall just great people! Will definitely be recommending here to all of my friends.
