Douglas Lacey. Just had a great experience at Avecina Medical Urgent Care (adjacent to Buccees)! The front desk staff were exceptional and got me checked in very fast. The PA was professional. He examined me and had me on my way with medication ! Highly recommend this place if you are in urgent need of medical assistance 😀 👍
My experience at Avecina was quite pleasant!. The receptionist was wonderful and the Dr-NP was knowledgeable, helpful, fun and funny too. 10 🤩 A follow up appt 1week later. Warmly welcomed, helped put my cold issues in perspective. Chang in meds-hopefully helpful. The administrative staff treat U like family I highly recommend this clinic as the best I’ve ever visited ‼️🫶
If you have to go to urgent care, don't hesitate to go here. The staff are friendly and so helpful, and the care received is top notch. My visit went smoothly, not a long wait, problem solved expertly.
I had a bit of a scare after a night of drinking a little more than I should have and ended up going to this urgent care because they take my insurance. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. The doctor who saw me was incredibly professional, patient, and thorough. I’m from out of town and rocked out too hard at Rockville. I didn’t want to pay the price of an emergency room visit and decided to head here the next day for a breathing treatment. There was no wait and the staff were kind and professional. The check-in process was all done on the phone, which I found super efficient as opposed to the paper method most medical facilities employ. I highly recommend this facility for anyone with urgent care needs but do not require an emergency room visit. With my insurance, I only paid $50.
