Just an honest review here, Place is nice and clean, friendly staff, booking ahead is easy. The reason this is a one star is because I booked an appointment and I have been waiting much longer (HOURS ) than the booked time. They took my payment so I stayed. There was only one receptionist working the front, and it looked like there was only one doctor in the back. I have things to do but this place seems to waste my time. This urgent care center is very clean and inviting. The staff is nice and friendly. Signing in was easy and quick. I was attended to right away. X rays were done and the results were discussed with me. Thankfully I was ok. After being reassured that I had no fracture, I felt better on discharge. I highly recommend this urgent care center.
Quick, easy and efficient. Waited less than 5 mins with same day appointment . Have a bad cold with possible ear infection. Doctor took a look, confirmed ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. Thanks again!
The staff were pleasant and professional. I only waited for two or three minutes. The nurse practitioner listened to my health concerns and addressed them all. I would definitely return and recommend this urgent care to family and friends.
I have to say this was the best doctor visit we have ever had! The whole office was very clean and organized.The wait was super short . The staff was phenomenal! My son said he actually had fun for his doctor visit which is crazy! Definitely recommend and very impressed.
