The staff was great! So helpful and attentive. Had me feeling better in no time! When you walk in, the check in process is so easy, all online, from your phone. Didn’t have to wait very long in the waiting room, when taken back, I asked to lay down, and they immediately took me to another room to accommodate my needs. The provider listened to my concerns and made sure that the plan set forth was agreeable. I am extremely pleased with Avecina Medical, and would recommend to others.
Service was great from start to finish! All the staff is very helpful and considerate. Doctor Pandora was wonderful, caring, patient, concerned and honest! Most importantly it was not rushed. The service was greatly appreciated and to know they are just around the corner brings me comfort😊 Thank you all for caring!!!!!
First time visiting Avecina and had a fantastic experience. There were many appointment.times available to book online and pre filling paperwork was super easy and efficient. Didn't have to wait long at all when I arrived and all the front desk staff, nurses, and nurse practitioner who saw me were so genuinely nice and caring. Fixed me up quick! This will definitely be my new urgent care go to!
NOTE: This is an updated rating based on the excellent follow up provided by Avecina Medical and Dr. Model. I’ve had decent experiences here twice before, but today’s experience wasn’t great. The NP on duty wasn’t helpful or caring. The rest of the staff were fine. Ultimately it was a wasted trip though as they were unable to provide appropriate treatment.
In and out in 30min as a new patient! Fast, efficient, and friendly staff. The checking process and online app. Is easy to use and intuitive. Great experience! Finally nice to see a clinic that values a patient’s time.
