I had such an amazing experience at Avecina Medical - Ocala! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Professional & courteous staff. I didn't have to wait long. Clean facility. Easy check-in & check-out. Crystal, at Front Desk, was very welcoming & kind on the phone & in-person. The Medical Assistant very nice, who also did my x-ray. I was seen by Jennifer McEwan PA, who was thorough, explained everything well, & made me feel comfortable. If I need urgent care in the future, I will come back to this facility. I highly recommend this facility.
I would definitely recommend Avecina for quality healthcare! They were amazing! Crystal was so welcoming, and I felt well cared for the moment I walked in. Jenn (APRN) and the rest of the staff were incredible as well! I had a ton of paperwork that needed to be filled out, and they took their time ensuring it was all done properly. They truly went above and beyond to meet my needs! Totally recommend!
This morning I went to this Medical facility (Hwy 200, Ocala). I had a terrible rash in an old scar. Nothing I did helped. Woke up on a Saturday and said to myself I need to be checked today. This Urgent Care is excellent. Very sweet receptionist that’s willing to help fill out paperwork if needed. The Nurse and Nurse Practitioner is so easy to talk with. I had an answer to my problem and a prescription sent to my pharmacy in no time. Very impressed and highly recommend.
I walked into this establishment in extreme pain. Immediately, the lady at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me. The medical assistant, who took my vital sign was kind and compassionate. I was cared for Immediately. The Nurse practitioner was thorough with explaining the details of my issue, and what treatment she would administer. The entire staff was absolutely amazing!!! Very professional. I will definitely recommend this establishment to anyone who need Urgent care!
