Very friendly and caring staff. I’m a disabled vet and get turned away from my PCP at the VA regularly because they can’t see me for at least two weeks. Avecina has always pulled through when the VA failed to address my severe back pain.

I was seen in Saint Augustine. When I walked in the 3 ladies at the front desk were professional and courteous! The black lady Lakeshia? was AWESOME! so wonderful and helped me get everything I needed to be checked in! She was very sweet and her front desk skills with patients is commendable!
