I cannot say enough good things about our experience at this urgent care. My son, who has special needs, was treated with the utmost care, patience, and compassion from the moment we walked in. The front desk staff member, Heaven, truly lives up to her name, she was like an angel. Kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Dr. Mohammad was equally amazing. All 3 staff we encountered were so kind, took great care of me. Really impressed with the people, the timing … even the sweet receptionist having to handle a very difficult patient demanding to get pain killers. Handle it with grace!
Did an amazing job got in very quick. Staff was very nice and helpful and the doctor helped help me figure out what was wrong in a timely manner highly recommend going to.
The customer service agent did an excellent job. Very professional. The doctor is very knowledgeable and on point. I would recommend anyone to visit here.
