Everyone was AMAZING! I had to go in last minute to get relief for my multi day long migraine, and the lovely woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, she was very patient with me while I was figuring out how to navigate going to urgent care for the first time. Great experience! Was seen quickly. Provider NP was very sweet and even went out of her way to call in additional prescription we needed the following day. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful as well, which is refreshing!
I found myself in need of urgent care this afternoon. I was able to make an appointment within half and hour. When I arrived I had some paperwork to fill out since I was a new patient and was taken right away. The nurse assessed me and the doctor was in very fast and performed a procedure with great care. I highly recommend this facility! All staff were very competent and compassionate.
This place has come to my rescue on several occasions. I live in Beachwalk and have needed the services at Avecina for both of my kids and now myself. Most of the time I’m in and out of there between 30 minute- less than an hour. The staff are very kind, patient and competent. The medical staff listen to concerns and assess/treat accordingly. I highly recommend this Avecina for the following reasons: convenience, competence and excellent customer service.
I am SO thankful for this urgent care! Not only are very convenient but they are also super fast. They always have appointments available and it's super quick to schedule online. We've had to visit 3 times in the last two weeks and each visit was 40 mins or less with our prescription sent immediately to the pharmacy. The staff and Drs were incredible and super sweet. Hoping not to visit soon, but if I do, I know I will be well taken care of!
