Forever grateful to Dr. Model and Dr. Soleymani and their outstanding staff !! Whenever we end up there it’s usually for a one of a kind of emergency situation. We have been at almost all of their locations and yesterday I had to bring my little girl to the new St. John’s location and the staff was absolutely amazing with her and had her smiling and laughing despite how bad she felt! They helped me contact the imaging facilities and get the results expedited And I am truly appreciative of them!
10/10! The online booking process was quick and convenient. Upon arriving, we were greeted by the front desk staff who were super friendly and checked us in quickly. Wait time to be seen was less than 5 minutes. The team made my kiddo feel at ease and comfortable. He usually doesn’t enjoy going to the doctor but as we left, he said “that was actually fun!”
Everyone was so nice and professional!!!! Thank you for helping me today. Great staff and doctor. Exceed my expectations. It never a good thing having to go to urgent care. All involved took good care of me. Thank you so much for the empathy and fantastic service.
We got seen right away. Clean, maintained facility. My daughter had a terrible fever and not feeling well. These people were compassionate, and on top of my daughter's care. The doctor even did a follow up phone call to make sure my daughter was okay. Thank you so much for being available to help our daughter! We appreciate you.
This facility is amazing. I have been here on three separate occasions. Each visit has been quick but also thorough, and I have without fail been seen promptly, both with an appointment and walking in. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind, and both providers I have seen were incredibly detail oriented, and were able to provide me with excellent insight in a way I could easily understand.
