First time going here. Just moved here and needed a visit. I was able to register easily online, was seen quickly when I arrived. The facility was large and clean. The staff was all super friendly and accommodating. Front desk ran insurance immediately to provide cost, Intake nurse and provider were thorough with questions of symptoms and med allergies, history, etc. The appointment was quick, thorough, and meds were sent to pharmacy right away. The best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Courteous and helpful from the minute I walked in. Not overwhelmed with tons of paperwork as I’ve dealt with at other sites. Very professional staff! Thoroughly discussed my issue with me, and provided excellent treatment. Absolutely would recommend Avecina to any and all.
Everyone was wonderful. I had called in advance regarding my insurance being in network and the receptionist actually asked for info and called the insurance company to reassure me before I made the trip there. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Once taken back to exam room the RN and PA were both thorough and patiently listened to my concerns. Amazing urgent care I’ve been here 2 times & made an appt both times. I was seen on time nearly no wait both times! Providers, front desk & medical assistants were all very caring and kind. It’s a very clean office from the waiting rooms to the treatment rooms. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone in the area!
The care at Avecina Medical Urgent Care was awesome! From the receptionist to Emily, the nurse practitioner. Everyone was great!
