We have gone here twice in the last few months and have had such a great experience! We have an almost 2 year old who needed treatment for croup and then glass removal from his foot a few months later. They saved us an ER trip both times and were so quick and kind. They were wonderful with our little guy and we are lucky to have them so close!
Today was my 3rd visit to Avecina. I was in and out within 30mins. The staff is wonderful, friendly and very helpful. After seeing the PA she accessed me, listened to all my concerns and gave me the meds and instructions I needed. I had a problem with the pharmacy overcharging and found a less expensive options and they called the 2nd pharmacy right away. I was able to pick up on my way home. I like that you are greeted when you enter. The seating area was clean when we visited as was the room where we waited for the doctor. Both the nurse and doctor introduced themselves and were friendly. I am satisfied that my son got the appropriate level of care during his visit. Making an appointment was easy using the app.
Everyone was wonderful. I had called in advance regarding my insurance being in network and the receptionist actually asked for info and called the insurance company to reassure me before I made the trip there. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Once taken back to exam room the RN and PA were both thorough and patiently listened to my concerns. First time going here. Just moved here and needed a visit. I was able to register easily online, was seen quickly when I arrived. The facility was large and clean. The staff was all super friendly and accommodating. Front desk ran insurance immediately to provide cost, Intake nurse and provider were thorough with questions of symptoms and med allergies, history, etc. The appointment was quick, thorough, and meds were sent to pharmacy right away.
