My biggest piece of advice is if you decide to go with this builder make sure you refuse to set a closing/move in date until your punch list is complete. We’ve been here for 3 weeks and just keep getting the run around, everyone has an excuse and everyone points at someone else. We’ve also been told if their concrete guy can’t fix whatever this is that their crew spilled on our driveway (you’ll see the giant section and then there are spots spilling all the way up to the garage) that we are out of luck!?!
