DRHI is a great company to do business with! A Total Door has been supplying garage doors and openers to them since 2006. Always professional and prompt. They offer professional quality in all of their projects. Any homeowner choosing to work with them will be very pleased and extremely satisfied.
DO NOT buy a Dave Richards home and if you do make sure you get a real warranty company and not K2 Even though I could list several reasons that DRHi deserves 1 star I will focus on the one that took me far enough over the edge to write a review. We have now been in our home 2 years....as others have said, ensure everything is repaired completely before closing, even get a private inspection. We had an inspection from a private inspector who found a multitude of items between closing and the 1 year warranty. Some were never fully resolved. Others were denied. A drywall man came and half fixed a giant crack in our drywall, but never returned to sand or paint.
