As stated in another review, do not agree to a closing date unless all your items in your punch list are completed. Also read the sales contract in full before making an offer. If you make an offer on any of these newly built homes be sure to make it contingent on an inspection. You have no idea when the claimed “punch items” will be completed. I cannot express how wonderful my experience with DRHI has been. From the very beginning working with Dave, his son and Jamie was comfortable. This build group was informative, helpful and friendly. My biggest piece of advice is if you decide to go with this builder make sure you refuse to set a closing/move in date until your punch list is complete. We’ve been here for 3 weeks and just keep getting the run around, everyone has an excuse and everyone points at someone else. We’ve also been told if their concrete guy can’t fix whatever this is that their crew spilled on our driveway (you’ll see the giant section and then there are spots spilling all the way up to the garage) that we are out of luck!?!
