The instructors were very helpful, kind, and hilarious. They always seemed comfortable to be around especially considering how confident they were. Also shoutout to Joe the instructor

Wonderful customer service! I was nervous to get my kid driving and everything was confusing to me but when I called Defensive Driving School in Lake Stevens they put my mind at ease. I have called and gone in to the office a few times for various reasons and every single time I have received the kindest help. My son is doing online classes and has driven once with the instructor and he is happy with his experience as well. Highly recommend!
The driving school was great it really helped to learn all the rules and possibilities on the road, they made really easy to do test, driving test and all the another things, I really enjoyed it, all the instructors were kind and helpful, thank you for the help
