Had a unit of a rat stuck in a trap this morning and after calling multiple places, I landed on Long Pest control after they said they could send someone out on short notice. The person who helped me was Curtis and he was very helpful. He took care of the rat even though it had gotten loose from the trap, took a look around the house very thoroughly, and was very clear and informative on how to address the issue. 10/10 would recommend.
We appreciated Longs Pest control. They were able to come out within the week and the actual initial process took 2 hrs. Since then we have only seen a few ants - it’s a night and day difference! Also, after initial treatment, the home didn’t smell different.

I have been using LONG Pest control for over a year and here is my honest feedback: Before using LONG pest control, I had issues with carpenter ants in Spring of 2023. I would see them everywhere inside the house, crawling from all sorts crevices. I called several different Pest control companies for pricing, and LONG's had the most affordable pricing and best deals for the service so I went with them.
