I have nothing but good things to say and share for Long's Pest Control. The first service we received was in a rental house with a MASSIVE rodent infestation in the attic in 2020. Our landlords had Long's do the service and the gentleman went above and beyond to complete the service, putting my family and I at ease. We had a bald faced hornet's nest in our yard. Both my husband and had been stung and it prevented us from enjoying our yard. I called Long's Pest and they explained the process clearly, came out in a few days, were prompt and professional. They were very informative and discovered where the hive was, removed it and treated the area. They looked in another area on the property where I had seen hornets flying around. Had a unit of a rat stuck in a trap this morning and after calling multiple places, I landed on Long Pest control after they said they could send someone out on short notice. The person who helped me was Curtis and he was very helpful. He took care of the rat even though it had gotten loose from the trap, took a look around the house very thoroughly, and was very clear and informative on how to address the issue. 10/10 would recommend.
Called about a nest, wasn't sure what type of wasp it was. They were able to diagnose it as paper wasps from pictures via text. They were also honest and told me it wasn't worth the cost of removal due to the height of the nest. Rare to find businesses that will tell you the truth when it costs them money. Will reach out to them first for any pest issues going forward.
