Was greeted very rudely at the front desk. Cut me off when asked a question with another question. You should never show how frustrated you are to new or existing patients, Sharon, thats not very professional or welcoming at all.
DO NOT get tested for covid at the Avecina location at Oakleaf Town Center. I just went in there and left without getting my test done because I saw TWO staff members not wearing masks. There were also patients walking in to be tested without masks. I also don’t understand why they had people sitting in a waiting room inside instead of in their cars. They attempted to space out chairs but they were def not all 6 ft apart. I am LIVID.
They did not have me see a dr it was a nurse practitioner she spent maybe 5 minutes with me and prescribed mediation I had a reaction to meds and they refused to call in a different medication and wanted me to come in and pay again! They were very rude on the phone and did not care to be professional at all! Sharon was the front receptionist who was very rude and the nurse practitioner was Natasha Spencer.
