I arrived for the 8 am opening so I could be tested for the Covid 19 pre surgery test. The PA and the assistant were the first ones there and didn’t know the alarm code to turn off security alarm. The front desk working was running late. As we sat in the waiting area the alarm would continue to go off. The assistant put on gloves and asked if anyone would like to have something to drink.
